Give me a bit of time but in these parts of the world bread is a lot more based in white flour, hence the color.
I do 90% white flour (idk the english name) and 10% whole wheat.
We aren't really used to dark bread.

Isn't whole-grain at least more healthy for your body?
I'm more into baking cakes than bread, but I use "any" flour. Most recipes say "wheat" but I don't care!

Bread is good, but that sweet weird taste of dark bread is def a bit sketchy.
And i do whole grain bread but i tend to go 40/60 because the qhite flour makes it rise better
