This is getting stupid, we can't be the only people that this is happening to. And then I alt tab back into the game after the third edit to this stupid post, and I'm "in game", but nobody else is, there's no HuD, and it says I'm disconnected in the top bar.

I'm seriously getting confused.

For a new player-friendly support hero, Lich fits the ticket. Other ones to look at are Venomancer, Sven, Lion, and Witch Doctor.
