With lvl3 ulti (3 illusions all attacking at the same time), you can treat it as a hypothetical single unit attacking with 30% chance to crit for 3x illusion dmg (base dmg+damage from stats) + 10% chance for 3x full dmg, which approaches 40% chance for 3x full dmg crit (a 120% DPS increase) with common stats-based CK item builds.
edit: I agree with you that his crit alone might not give as much DPS as the other heroes you listed, but I think factoring in his ulti is a good explanation why IceFrog doesn't give him a stronger crit and make him even more broken.

Who declines a match within 10 minutes of a patch? i don't get who downloads a patch immediately loads up the game queues MM and then declines.lol

Patched, but then now my client is bugged as fuck...the BP bar is going up and down and nothing loads, also saying zero players online :x

Just watched a game with both Luna and Potm in it. From certain angles, they are extremely hard to discern from each other, not helped from the fact they both have the same colour pallet. I think Valve need to change that.
