You know battlefury is relevant on all heroes especially medusa. Damage and regen is really all she needs anyways.probably the best farming item on her.

In cs yes, pl is faster.
If you want to farm more gold battlefury/radiance alchemist is the way to go

One does not get "rekt" by naga. Sven, CK, WK, Jug all rekt people. Naga smothers them in despair and hopelessness.

don't you get heart for the HP(also regen) ? why not ?

bloodstone still give HP and hp regen .. and the cost difference is not big

Compare the two.
Heart regen: 2% plus a little extra. Pretty much 60-odd.
Bloodstone regen: 9/s.
Heart HP: 1060.
Bloodstone HP: 500.

Only thing Bloodstone gives over Heart is mana regen and shortened death timer. Lategame Naga is not like lategame Tinker. She's really fucking difficult to kill, even if they catch her out. Mana regen is irrelevant. You can TP to fountain if you run out.
