Yeah i heard it from many NA players as well. I think also from EE that Wayto is the best NA support.

being the best NA support isn't exactly a high bar to reach, wayto and ppd are much better than pretty much every other support player in NA

LGD is probably #2 right now, I'd argue the strongest team above newbee.

yeah but pretty much every other team has gotten worse so that leaves C9 and EG at the top of the western scene
once a new patch comes out and all these new rosters have gotten enough time to play together i think c9 will be relegated back to "pretty good but still average"

Yes i feel the same. C9 2013 feels the same as C9 2014. They look more consistent with Fata though.

At least C9 has a lot of flexbility what they can do draft wise now that they have a mid player that plays more than 3 heroes that EE plays as well.

I dunno about not even average. EG and C9 took top 2 at WEC with all the Chinese teams and teams like Na'Vi, Tinker and Secret don't see too far behind, they're taking games off them. Like compared to the level all the teams were at TI4, all teams suck now, obviously. But I don't think the western scene is really that far behind the eastern now. It's definitely closer than it was during TI4, imo.
