it feels like C9 was just outclassed by EG during WEC finals .. while C9 doesn't look bad in the recent games even the tough ones or the ones they lost they seem to make a good stand.
But i feel like sometimes one of them just randomly dives into a dangerous situation. Like everybody is trying to lead the team. Idk.

I like singsing but i never considered him in the level of s4 and rtz. Yeah he feels overrated sometimes. We can say different player from different teams but s4 and rtz are still really good even on other teams.

EG is crazy strong. They were an easy third place at TI4, and if PPD hadn't choked on the drafting against VG, they could have been second or even possibly first. They're better than they were at TI4. Mason and Fear are night and day in terms of skill. It's not a chip off C9's shoulder to lose to them.

Good thing about the new EG is that looks like fear can play anything. Mason is good on storm though.
I remember in the PPD AMA that he said Mason was "the best storm in the game" ofc it's exaggerated .

PPD is so much better at drafting now that he has Fear to play anything under the sun, including carry lina, cause why the fuck not. I really like his style of drafting with playing mind games with his opponents. I think it was vs C9 that he baited them into a super greedy draft with a second pick naga and then last picked pugna and went full push.
I am sure it will lead to EG getting dumpstered at some point in a set, but right now its fun to watch.

They have been doing that 1st and 2nd pick naga the entire WEC tournament. Giving enemies the headache making them assume that it was rtz naga and an actual option to pick it. I don't see rtz naga nowadays what happened to it ? post-nerf effect?

TS is about as bad as TT right now. Hopefully they improve.

TT is a work in progress, but they don't seem to have any sort of leadership or something to direct their talent. I honestly don't think any Western team is barely even at the "average" level besides EG, maybe C9. I think most western teams suck right now.
