Also, fix bottle being usable for free after a tp. I think that would make Tinker fair. And Razor shouldn't be allowed to have 2 ults running at the same time like DP. I think that would make him balanced, in many games people don't even go for agha refresher and it's still a fine hero. A little numbers nerf to DP and Skymage, maybe just a bit longer CD on one of their spells. That would be enough nerfs for me, rest could be buffs. :D | ||
