It was a godsend

Radiant over Dire. Well actually almost all game modes are below 50% atm so i guess dotabuff tells me to quit actualy.

EUE and Russia are ok, it's pretty much a mixed bag everywhere.
Speaking of mixed bag, playing Dota 2 when you're already pretty frustrated is such a bad idea

i find that when i'm tired or in a bad mood, i turn into an extreme try hard and it usually brings the quality of my games down.
if i'm in a good mood and well rested, i let the game go full retard and go along for the ride and it usually results in a win. i guess that frustration that we're "not playing within the meta" drags down your game play.

That's pretty much me. Super tryhard and critical.

Playing Dota frustrated makes you mad at Dota and your teammates instead of the stuff you were frustrated about before you started playing. I do that sometimes, it works well.
I have 45% winrate on EU east and 55% on EU west. I think I'm going to only queue for west from now. Also, 55% in dire and 50% on radiant, but I guess I can't do anything about that.

well, personally, i try to play within the meta when i'm putting in time to learn heroes.
i have a handful that i can play really well, but i'm trying to be good with 90% of the heroes out there. part of learning a hero is understanding how it works, so i feel like you gotta play within the meta
EDIT: and then theres like i said, when i get tired or am having a bad day, i just wanna win. so, in my mind, the best chance to win comes from playing "normally"

On a side note, yesterday I played with two players name “PRO PUDGE MID” and “NO ME PRO PUDGE MID” who opened the match yelling they were mid and telling everyone they were noobs and needed to be carried…
…And then they turned out to be totally reasonable guys that bought useful, helpful items. The pudge was even good and got blink and forcestaff to save teammates and would yank them away from faceless void right when chrono expired.
I don't know what is real anymore...
Edit: fuck the meta. Sometimes your team is to dumb to handle the weaver or puck and you need a fucking dagon on Tree.

Finally I think I developed the correct mentality.
I pick a synergistic hero with my team initially. Then I proceed to stay calm and focus on my game rather than looking at the others. When I see someone have bad choices or overall bad play I stop myself writing something because I know people not open to criticism. If someone flame me for something(my item build, skill build, bad usage of some skill etc..), I insta-mute him/her. I don't try to "teach anything" just stay calm and play the game. Finally when I see a retard deliberately ruins a game, I smoke to the quiet jungle and hit the creeps until the other team manages to finish the game. I'll observe myself if I obey those behaviors from now on.

dunno, personally im open to hearing what other people have to say about my item or skill build. why something was good or bad in a given game. i've learned a few things.
however, the one thing i will not listen to is decision making stuff. i *know* when i fucked up or when a decision i made to not join a fight was correct. no need to tell me something I already know, and be a gigantic dick on top of it all.

If I did that, I would have missed out on the guy typing in all chat "Why do you keep trying to gank him, he's a fucking TREE? HOW DO YOU FIGHT A TREE!!!" every time I escaped a gank at Tree Ent.

Every once in a while someone appears with above average English with good attitude and give you a good experience. Or sometimes people on both teams crush their own ego to write ggwp.
