I meant she can deal with a lot of different laning situations even as the same position. She has both early offensive and defensive options which is nice over someone who prefers a certain type of lane situation like defensive tri or whatever.

Seriously, fuck the guy from the Associated Press that gave Guardians of the Galaxy its one bad review so far:
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/guardians_of_the_galaxy/reviews/
Seriously, his main complaint it that the movie has to much "whimsy" and is to "playful". Yeah, because we need more dark, gritty, brooding movies, because I don't have enough of those fuckers. Did he miss the memo where we were done with those and decided to have fun with our summer blockbusters again?
I was really enjoying the 27 reviews and 100% rating.

When grouping up all three games, I refer to them as MOBA despite its origin coming from Riot Games. It's just more recognized and saves me time from typing MOBA/ARTS every time I mention it.
I'm hoping it doesn't detract from the article based on terminologies that are near interchangeable.

I prefer "Lord Management Simulator," because I like my dumb names and dumb as fucking possible.

It should be fine, despite being awful and terrible, MOBA does seem to be the most widely understood name for the genre.

TBH whenever i think about what "genre" dota is or how to explain it to a noob the central part to me is the RPG element since that explains the gameplay the best.
It's a 3rd-person real-time non-persistent (or session-based if you prefer) RPG. Abbreviate that how you will.

Daily Dot doesn't exactly draw the most prestigious crowd but it's good they like eSports and have writers from eSports.

All comic book based films are garbage except maybe the Dark Knight ones. This shit needs to end.

I somewhat recognized the name and I'm sure I've ended up on the site before, but "What is it"? What do they cover, what's their lean.

Don’t worry, they will be making “dark, moody, grumpy, dresses in black, morally/mentally questionable hero-the movie soon”. Until then the rest of us get some verity in our lives.(I love the Dark Knight movies, FYI, but I’m done for a while).

that banner needs to be upgraded to a higher res tho

I have a predisposed negative reaction to guardians of the galaxy tho from what I saw in the trailers it looks atrocious.

Because it is becoming its genre.

FPS is the only 3 or 4 letter acronym that truly makes sense imo. Maybe Turn-Based Strategy (TBS?). Everything else basically relies on prior knowledge (RTS? I mean counterstike is a real time strategic game, and virtually everything is a "role playing game") etc.
Whatever abbreviation you use won't properly distinguish almost any genre these days. So then it boils down to common use really, which MOBA sadly owns. I no longer have any issue with the term being used other than a twinge of sadness that it won I'm pretty sure erik from valve used MOBA to refer to dota without prompting in an interview at TI4.
