You could try http://www.reddit.com/r/dota2tutor . I have no idea if the people posting there are any good at coaching or anything, I just know the subreddit exists, never actually used it.

By the time I got to Dota 2, I'd long forgotten how Dota 1's shops were layed out. Aside from figuring out that buriza isn't buriza, and cranium basher is skull basher, I don't remember much of a transition into understanding dota2's shops.

To much of the same online tournaments with similar formats, LAN tournaments like MLG or ESL with an audience i value higher.

Isn't there a SEA qualifier? I don't know much about the SEA scene but it seems like it would be hard to find 8 teams in it that are better than Zephyr.
