I think it would be shitty design regardless, because it would make the "gains damage when you win" component really binary. Either you're pubstomping super hard and you get that damage every time, or you're not building for it, and it's just wasted because you're just using the skill to lock someone out of the fight.

i suspect a new EU team forming, maybe finding some success at some point in the team's lifespan and disbanding immediately after Ti4 qualifiers.

I really hope that the Dota scene shakes itself up soon, there is a lot of super old players just shuffling about and not a ton of new blood. No real reason other than I kind of want to see the scene shaken up.

theres a lot of new blood. speed gaming is pretty much new blood for the dota 2 scene

what exactly are you looking for? it's no coincidence that players that are really good now have had experience prior playing wc3 dota or maybe hon.

Yeah, qojqva is super pro. He solos a huge majority of his pub games as well.
Also, he's a prime example of winrate doesn't mean anything when he has higher mmr than someone like mason who has 78 percent winrate.
