I don;t think anything changed here tbh
It has. The increased cost of both tangoes and bottle means its no longer a good idea to do this. You'd rather stock up on branches and other items that lets you lasthit easier
There are still 3 main item starts, at least for me. Full buy, branch + tango, and melee(stout + whatever i see fit). But since i stack with irc people mids tend to be super ez :>

I guess its still possible to do it in stacks, especially if you get pooled tangoes and a bit help mid from a roamer. But in pubs the general problem is that after you've wasted your spells farming the first 2-3 waves, you still wont have enough for a bottle, you'll be out of mana, and the other guy will start getting ahead in the lane. Combined with the nerfed bottlecrowing due to later flying courier, the only conclusion you can draw is that Yango has already explained this much better than me on the previous page, and you should listen to him

KOTL! I don't know what it is about him, I usually am a competent support, but I have 0 wins on KOTL. Can't play, won't play KOTL! Creepy old no good walking lightbulbe....
KotL one of the few real supports I love to play. Always land those brilliant max horses! And then trolling people with stealing their mana like I'm BS. Also gotta remember the gigantic AoE blind/knockback for teamfights.
I love KotL but am completely horrible w/ him since WC3 DotA. Even more so when he got the new ult thing.
Actually... I forgot what the old ult did... What did it do?
Think you could make a wisp army or something like that. Not sure.
I remember now. It was Ignis Faatus. Yeah. It summoned a wisp that summoned moar wisps.

Yup, with a mostly useless heal spell to boot
except for the fact that it was the most op split push mechanic in the game. Global blink on the wisp mean that the healing priests could keep any wave completely alive and not lose a single creep when pushing.
A bit futuristic discussion but if Pitlord is ported in dota2 and in -cm, how would you lane and play him? is the falling rocks-ish spell still channeling? im thinking putting him off-lane and build him some aura items. i really like his mass tp spell and see him with lots of potential

I imagine he would be a trilane support, kinda like jakiro (His 2nd skill sorta functions like jak's icepath), also seeing as his ult doesn't scale that well, seems the only change with levels is manacost and teleport time.
In fact, looking at his profile, he seems to be very similar to jak, focusing on having abilities with large AoE. Because of this, you could also send him mid, because having that teamfight potential in the midgame would be great

gem and crafting seem weird i also have an item that i have equipped on a hero but it isnt in my inventory
Also crafting with scrools has not worked since ever or is it just me?
Edit: i also just discovered that on the portrait of every hero ingame there is a small white dude at the botom left of the square if u click on him u get free 3D view of your hero, Try it its very impressive

Only 2 of his spells are similar to Jakiro, with the differences being that pitlords spells have longer duration and that firestorm and pit of malice are circles instead of lines.
The big difference is that Pitlords ultimate is pure unadulterated evil. It is mass teleport. Can't be canceled by the enemy. Imagine you could take your team with you if had Boots Of Travel. Now think about Wisps teleport being "freaking broken". Dark Rift is quite ok.
I liked the first iteration of his ult better though. It summoned an actual 2way portal for your team and the enemy team to freely use. Complete with dodgy detection whether or not you walked into it. First rule: If the portal points vaguely in direction of enemy base, it leads directly into enemy fountain, so stay away from it. Second rule: If you are the Pitlord, cast this every teamfight into your fountain. Preferably in ways so your enemies accidentally walk into it. Good times.
I think this is pretty interesting. CEO(?) of Speed Gaming released their contracts to the public on SpeedGaming's facebook. For me, this is the first time i've seen someone do so.
"Player shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of revenue derived from small tournaments, and a basic salary of one thousand dollars which will increase to two thousand dollars as soon as the team place top three in big tournaments such as: DSL - G1- wcg - Alienware - ACE - escl –Nexon. They will also get fifty percent (50%) of revenue derived from the Streams"
RSnake shall receive twenty percent (20%) derived from prize money winnings except small tournaments that total prize pool is less than 50,000 RMB (~$8,2k) and at the International 4 where the percentage (%) will depend on the placement of the team as follow:
If the team places 1st or 2nd place RSnake shall receive ten percent (10%)
If the team places at 3rd or 4th place RSnake receive fifteen percent (15%)
If the team places at 5th to 8th place RSnake receive twenty percent (20%)
I bet there is other information as interesting as above.

In addition to providing perfect body block for any gank on the map ever >< And with agha you got two of them.. Was kind of stupid.
