TBH I'd say the most likely buff to Crystal Maiden would be buffing Frostbite duration to 1.6/2.1/2.6/3.1 (or some other similar value that makes all ranks not fall on integer durations), because that would make the damage bug in DotA 2 "intended".

Thats pretty much what I was thinking. Raising CM's famously low base MS is a guaranteed sign of fake patchnotes lol.

Im still a big believer in a 10%-15% movespeed buff across the board for everything.
The game is much more fun when you have people interacting, and an increase in speed might open up the map a bit more, making it easier for low speed supports to move into position for ganks and such, but not necessarily making them stronger (cuz the other people can run away at a similar ratio as before).
My general theory would be that by increasing the ability for people to move around, we might be able to see a bit more action being forced.

So...who knows these days.
But probably fake.

My general theory would be that by increasing the ability for people to move around, we might be able to see a bit more action being forced. Mass-raising hero MS would make haste-heroes (Dark Seer, Centaur, Lycan, sorta slardar/clinkz too) substantially weaker since they rely on the mobility advantage capped MS provides and having everybody closer to the cap would weaken them a lot. Especially lycan.
It would also seriously harm skillshot and ground-target aoe heroes (lina/mirana/lesh/pudge/a billion others). Also unless you correspondingly made creeps move faster, a variety of things would fall out of balance as well (creep blocking would be too easy, treants could never actually hit anybody, necrobook minions would have a tough time hitting people, etc).
Besides that, Icefrog clearly believes in going the other direction if anything, as seen by him nerfing the MS of practically all boots recently.

Also the buffs on Zeus sounded suspicious to me.

I want that Pugna change.

Some of the pugna changes sound possible but buffing his strength gain is again not an IceFrog type change.

Now you can use shadow blade without leaving invis for the 2x invis that enemies wont be able to see with only one type of detection!

Well no, that's actually arguably a change to get around a very unintuitive engine quirk of DotA 1.

-0.46 armor is treaded as 0 armor for damage calculations, but is added/subtracted as -0.46 armor when determining your armor value. This is because Warcraft 3 does not track fractional negative armor and rounds instead, while it does track fractional positive armor.

They have to double dust me just to see me and need double the sentry wards! Layering invis is the new meta. Their supports will be so poor they won't be able to afford boots.

EVERYTHING, including the cap, raised. Everything would move at the same rate relative to each other, but faster relative to the map itself.
AOE ground target would be an issue, but then again, a potential solution might be to simply clean animations where they are too slow to deal. Obviously there would be more tweaks than just speed, but I personally believe it would open the map a lot more if teams were less confined to their relative locations on the map.
