Most people don't update the old twitch layout anymore.

IRC chatter should remain in IRC - http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=tl.dota2 Posts that relate to topics with their own thread, such as in News, Tournaments or Strategy should go in those threads.

Most people don't update the old twitch layout anymore. It's the TL stream description. It's so poorly used that even TL removed it from the streams page.

I usually watch streams directly from twitch because once upon a time I got lag when watching through TL. =/ Edit: Yeah, they could use updates, but did he even do that in the first place? He only has one post on TL.

He's really one of a kind in esports and probably my favorite stream to watch, even though I'm much less familiar with DotA than LoL and Sc2. Wat. I dislike LoL, but to say they don't have personalities as big as Dendi is downright wrong. The most popular LoL streamers pull 2 to 5 times the amount of viewers Dendi can hit as his peak. i have yet to see a lol streamer with over 30-33k ever. so they can't even pull 2x dendi. dota 2 post release is getting really good stream numbers and thats a positive. half of the total people watching lol right now are watching dota 2, and with how massive a stream culture lol has thats very exciting to see the numbers reflected for dota 2. He technically said they can't reach 2x Dendi, but also that they never get over 30k. Or that he just haven't seen it because he doesn't watch it, which would be incredibly silly. Didn't a LoL streamer reach a ridiculous number once because he was taking part of a contest or something? I have seen Hotshotgg with more than 40k I think around 45k. He streamed just for like 2houres though. Chilled guy, the whole chat was begging him to play adds and become a millionare, was hillarious. I watch a couple of LoL streamers (basically just phantoml0rd because of one time I watched him while he was in Korea and he played every game super aggressively, it was hilarious) every so often (ie. when there's no events on/nobody streaming i like on dota2) and the top LoL stream's are commonly above 20k (closer to 30). I've even seen a couple who average about 2-3k pulling over 20k at some points. That, at least, is something you won't see with dota (for now).
