There are more than twice as many tournaments outside of TI now. All the teams have been together for longer. All the teams this year actually deserve to be there because they have results. Last year, every western team disbanded except for Na'Vi and EG. | ||

I had this Romanian duo crying because i didn't get Manta (I did buy Yasha early on though) and game was getting more harder to win because of PL who was already going for butterfly himself next. | ||

I'm not sure that its "vs PL" so much as the rest of the team. Do you need to be manta'ing stuff off? are you in a position to throw manta illusions at their buildings while keeping your hero safe? Will they AOE rape your illusions instantly? These questions are also pretty important IMO. I always end up with manta, but thats because I can never resist the casual yasha (that item is so good for 2K gold). | ||

No items that i would've needed to manta out of. But anyway, thanks for the info. I still believe going butterfly over manta at that point was the best decision possible. | ||
