Yeah it does. Manta is an extremely legit item on spec because of it Even if it did not proc on illusions I would still max it over dispersion since dispersion pushes your lane and is not very good until you max it and get a lot of health.
Generally I would max ult dagger then desolate and only take dispersion after dagger and desolate are totally maxed

illusions get ur passives so they are indeed doing the full +65 damage

Has yango dropped a banhammer on anyone yet?

Its so annoying playing desolate spec vs SD.... The SD could deal way too much dmg on u and u can't blink like am. But yeah generally desolate is a good skill to have. But no one gives a shit about spectre just like no one care about Medusa.

I feel very strongly about medusa. I want to die every time an ally picks her. They always start with a hatchet and jungle.

Yet it happens more often than not in pubs nowadays :/
Even worse is when the Medusa is on the other team and you know that it's happening, but the rest of your team doesn't want to go and kill her until the 20-minute mark

midas by 7 minutes or so (at least I think thats what it was in the video) is not bad by any means if she rotates to jungle after that.

Haven't seen a single medusa for the last 2 months

Has any professional team used the rubick/pudge radiant jungling trick in a match? After messing around with it a bit it seems quite good.

pretty sure it was proven that any competent support doing the pull +more neut camps was equal exp and gold

There is literally only one reason to do this - if you picked offlane rubik/pudge so you just leave the lane empy and farm forest. That's why from time to time someone does a dire midcamp cliff farm with Magnus. At least Empire did. Why the hell would you pick that is another question.

It's also highly unlikely to get blocked.
4 minutes in, suddenly level 4 rubick/pudge with boots.

You skewer to cliff and shockwave down or what? doesn't sound too doable and it's not like he can tank it when just using empower
