Definitely winrate for me o_O. 24-24 Windrunner = 2-2 CK = 3-3 Clinkz etc... Yeah I don't think it is based solely on winrate alone. Emphasis is on "solely" based on. With that said, my 12-12, 2-2, 3-3, 6-6. and 2-2 are all just after 6, exactly the same. So I do not know, this is confusing me lol, The same for me, hence my theory.

Granted, it is only a single hero there so maybe if there is more than one, than it will become 10. But I do not know, it requires a bit of testing.
Well if you have only played meepo, it will obviously be your best but also the worst hero, so they take the middle.

But than that one guys sniper is 2-3 and 10 bars (unless he is lying which I see no reason to accuse him of). I guess have to see how many more have the same or varying stats. If it was win rate only, that would be in all honesty, extremely boring. It would essentially ruin and make the par being 1-10 borderline useless.

Looked at it (I was guessing, well estimating it since did not memorize the number. The meepo be 4-4 and just over 6. Sooo... yeah, not sure what to say lol.

Maybe it's bugged right now, and should take winrate+something else, but doesn't.

Yeah, something just seems off. Which is funny because for Diabloprogress (Diablo ranking for like unbuffed damage and such), their stat system broke as well. So now, even when people have like 50k unbuffed dps normally, it was changed to 15m. So now top dps'ers have like 344 million unbuffed dps when use to be like 400k.
All stats for every game is breaking!

And the list is still sorted like before the update. I bet that's a bug as well.

That bug where you can't hear any skill related sounds is super annoying. I have no clue wtf is even happening in half the teamfights. T_T
Blizzard fix plz.
Edit: Phew, verifying the game cache worked for me, in case anyone else has that issue.

Apparently the heroes are just ordered by the win lose ratio for that hero

all my heroes with 0 and 1 loses are capped. heroes with like 2/3 are at 5 5/2 at 9. its pretty much winratio based.

Remembers me back when Silencer ult mute all ingame sounds was added, which kept confusing me and some friends of mine every time it was used. So all of us went "Hello?! You guys still here?" each time it went off, for the first few times we played against it. I am not proud of it, but it took us a while to figure out what was happening.

I have 5 bars on lycan now even though I havnt played him since the huge nerf.

Is the performance bar bugged? Mine is weird.

Meh. I (as others) hate the new performance bars (rather than the LOL HAVE RANDOM BARS HERE YOU GO). For me, it is 100000% related to winrate and to nothing else, so its pretty boring. I already know what heroes I win with - I want to know what hero you think I'm good with based on some random measurement that I won't be able to understand!
