Chinese teams don't like Wisp because Wisp is a weak laner, often it needs to lane mid(preferably on the Radiant side because it can midpull). Chinese teams deny mapcontrol faster and more often, for Wisp you want mapcontrol of your own(in order to wisp tp gank). Up to a certain degree I would argue that Wisp is weak if you are playing from behind. Wisp can not really gank well relativly until level 6, there needs to be an oppertunity for a tether in order to get the stun, getting level 6 is also priority one. Thus Wisp might be too passive. Chinese players run around more in packs and thus its harder to pick off people. Wisp can not counterpush, a variety of other heroes can. Or perhaps they simply don't practice the hero/don't see its usefullness. | ||

Started looking around the map the second the TP finished. Suddenly i died and realized my hero had started running somewhere the second the TP started for some reason. FML. Forgot to shift queue hold position ;_; | ||

Lol there are small of heroes that I will most likely repick or try as much as possible to swap out (sometimes not even let the swap happen because I'm scared they'll fuck up too) from: Wisp, Timbersaw, Meepo, Treant. Maybe more once the other unreleased heroes come into play. It's not that I haven't played these heroes before many times, but I just feel so uncomfortable playing them. | ||
