also, there isnt anything in the game that can one shot you if you are playing properly. just wanted to say, PA ? There's a lot more than that - QoP, Lina, Lion, Tiny, Tinker with a dagon, etc. all can instagib people who have <1000 hp very easily if they have even a small advantage. (TA to a lesser degree).
None of those are "one-shots" 
but your point is well taken, certain combos can kill you if you arnt aware of them, qop hitting 6 is a good example.

if you can land the stun probably yes, but other heroes can do it too. It also assumes that you went to the solo mid so you are 6 when everyone else is like 4.

should be the fastest way to kill someone at lvl 6

Technically ES can do 225% damage at level 5 (compared to 15% doing 250% damage at level 6 of PA)
6 rapier on ES is better.

In all cases except Tinker and Tiny, those are cooldown dependent, and Tiny requires you to be a lone target for the Ava-Toss double damage trick. Situations where you expose yourself to those kinds of solo kills fall under the category of "not playing properly".

% damage multipliers only multiply base+stat based damage--Enchant Totem doesn't multiply flat +damage from rapiers, while crits do.

Totem damage is only from your base damage, so rapiers wont be anything special on ES

Nope, ONLY base damage and damage from raw stats. Nothing else. The bonus damage works with crit though, which is fun.
Which is why i think treads, drums, armlet into crit could be hilarious.

No items, Lina can do it fastest at level 6. I believe she has the mana pool to do it the 3 spell combo without items too.
Level 3 DS = 230 dmg
Level 2 LSA = 210 dmg
Level 1 LB = 450 dmg
990 dmg - 25% = 742.50 dmg
