ehhhh. phase boots are way better on the characters that desperately need mobility, or need early aggression. beyond that i see treads over every boots ever on new players. | ||

Sure it's still in beta (kind of...) but I haven't seen any additions to this area of the game since release. Half the reason league of legends is popular is because they figured this stuff out. | ||

Actually thinking about it, the worst players on SEA are usually the indonesians, racist to everyone (malayasians/singapore) and usually not to skilled. It is very funny when I get called a "Malayasian dog". | ||

I think it was a lot worse in dota1/hon. | ||
