Oh no. It was more than that. iG was originally: zhou, Ferrari_430, Sansheng, xiao8, ddc, YYF, 830, Chuan, ch~ and BeNz, organized into two teams. From that, there was some reshuffling - xiao8 and ddc out, Faith and Awoke in - and then they basically picked the five players they liked most. The result was a team of one pure carry player, one hybrid mid/carry, one pure mid and one mid/carry/offlaner with a supporter. Basically 1-support-4. On the other hand they had arguably the brightest remaining lights from the greatest era of Chinese dota.

It's sad that netizens put the blame on xiao8, it was more of a collective failure and he's drafting what he can, ie what the few games LGD played this year allowed him to draft.

Well, there are a lot of people who live in NA on TL. And we'd like our "home teams" to do well. And Fear is one of the relatively few truly world-class NA players.

man if Burning leaves DK the team's pretty much done. Dai and 357 will probably retire if that happens since they're like 28 and i doubt they can start again with new people... Super and rotk would have to build a new team.. unless someone poaches Super as well which is pretty likely, right now he's the best performing mid player in China. If Burning does leave DK, i only hope he goes to iG and replaces Zhou. I don't see him fit in LGD and Zhou has been pretty off for a long time.

Fear is the only world-class NA player we've probably ever seen?
He has the respect of every pro player in the scene. You ask them whose the best player NA? 99% of the time I guarantee you the answer they give is old man Fear.

The SEA teams probably won't change their roster, except for maybe MUFC. Orange and Zenith are pretty solid right now. Mushi seems to be back to his top form again. I just hope the same applies to Yamateh
If they does reshuffle though, I'd want the old Nirvana.my back. Their game vs Starsboba in WCG was one of, if not the best game of Dota 1 I've ever watched
