If you buy something for 3k, sell it for 8.5 (actually getting just above 7), you have earned no more gold than you get from an average group of white mobs. I am not sure how many of these "deals" you make per minute, but I seriously doubt you go through them faster than you can go through groups of monsters on any decent farming route. And that is not including that you may find actually good item when farming, and XP etc. So while it is silly to sell legs for less than brimstone, you are losing a lot more money comparing the time you spend.  | ||

Also, I did the brimstone AH grinding too when I started out with D3. When you don't have much gold it's a nice first step. But now with all the patches, once you get a high paragon level character you'll find 1 million gold by just picking it up in no time. | ||

I just didn't know people valued stats exponentially on mid tier rings (for dex classes anyway). I know 1% CC makes a huge difference on nat's ring, but that's a BiS ring so it's not really a fair comparison. Well, tell us what you got for your ring when you sell it | ||
