"iCCup is a free service, that means that we do not owe you something. We have the right to restrict city, town or country from using our service. In your exact issue i can't you help at all, futhermore - noone can. Your ISP was banned *************(bleeping this out) and we are not going to change this situation. I personally deeply sorry, since there is nothing you've done to be banned, but there is no other option for us to restrict some unwanted guy from using our service =(" SO SOME FAGGOT HACKS THAT LIVES NEAR TAMPA AND EVERYONE ELSE GETS PENALIZED FOR IT?
