This is The Bisu Build™.
It might even come with slight variations, such as: no stargate at all, 2gate no FE, 2 stargate, or proxy gate.
If Bisu plays it, it's automatically Bisu Build.
If you plays it, it depends:
- If you use any Bisu Build variation and win the PvZ, it was Bisu Build.
- If you lose, it wasn't Bisu build, but Stork Build™ instead (sounds better than e.g. Jangbi Build or Standard Protoss Build), as illustrated here:
It looks very similar and even has the exact same variations as Bisu Build, but the most important difference is that it's always the Stork Build when you lose the PvZ.

Wait, I'm confused.
When Bisu played against great on Neo Medusa, was he using both the Stork Build and the Bisu Build at the same time?

no bisu takes the stork build and makes it the bisu build
just like jaedong takes the savior 3 hatch and makes it the jaedong 3 hatch

no when bisu loses it is because he was faking the bisu build and actually going the stork build

Actually I invented the Bisu build 10 years ago, against the computer but then I hurt my wrists before I could beat anyone and now all I can do are Stork builds and some Movie builds

Now everything's clear. So that's why Bisu loses PvZ at times. He was taking hints from Stork and was doing Stork builds.
