I don't know that they forced too many turnovers. The Magic had terrible possessions where they'd just drive into three defenders and some awful passes, plus the usual questionable calls. I really wish the Magic would use D12 more. There are some times he needs to learn to pass out more, but he should've had the ball any time Wallace/Z was on him. Z is slow as molasses and Ben has never been a good primary defender, especially now that he's playing on pencil legs and doesn't have the power to move Dwight around.

His decisions down the stretch were atrocious, and he's not a good enough shooter to make up for it. unfortunately I have to agree. When Alston shoots I get nervous. When Lewis or Pietrus, or even Hedo puts it up I jump for joy cuz I know 4/5 times it'll go in. Can'st say the same for good ol' Rafer.

Yeah there were mainly two turnovers, the bad pass (90-89), hedo turkoglu blocked (93-97). Cleveland had 4 offensive boards in the last 6 minutes, along with howard hitting one out of bounds. Driving and free throws were the magics only late points, and it's not so bad when the cavs are undersized. The step back 3's were inexcusable. Don't remember Hedo's, but Pietrus had one, Alston had 2, Rashard's at the end was necessary desperation.

I DO think (and hope) the Lakers will win tomorrow and the Orlando series drags out a bit more. That way the Lakers will get some much needed rest before the finals. Also hope Orlando wins because then LA will have homecourt (also much needed).

He's not going to be awesome against Howard, but i think he'll be better than Ilg or Vara. First of all, Fisher is not a terrific defender anymore and he's certainly not quick. And the issue is height, not speed. Assuming he doesn't get in one of these ridiculous shooting slumps everyone is going through, I think Lewis is going to have a field day vs. the Lakers. They may still end up losing, but he's going to be open a lot.

The Lakers should be far more scared of the Magic than the Cavs. It's much easier to defend Cleveland and the Lakers match up far better against them than the Magic. LA's weakness is that their bench is supremely weak but is carried by their top-heavy talent, which will work far better against the Cavs. It's scary how good Orlando would be if Jameer never got injured.

Playing against the Magic without a strong post defender like Perkins who can guard Dwight reasonably well 1on1 is a nightmare in a playoff series. You'll eventually be forced to double and then you'll be bombarded by 3s. All the Magic need is for them to be making a good % of their 3s in 4 out of 7 games, and they're the winners. The whole streakiness and unreliability of 3pt shooting is mitigated over a long series of games, and their defense just makes things tougher.
