Sorry to somewhat derail~

I was playing a game on Iccup and mid-way in I get a drop screen, so I wait it out for about 2 minutes and hit drop player. My Brood war freezes and i gotta ctrl+alt+del out. Is this common? Or did the other guy hack? I don't have a replay because I had to force quit the game. I got a loss for it too T_T

Sorry if I kinda sound oblivious, this is the first time this has happened to me, so I'm a confused little fella =(

I've never had that happen so I guess it was just a glitch. There is times my game froze up but I doubt it was because someone hacked me or something like that.

I didn't read anything but the previous message, but if you have played attackzerg and won, you realize he is A+ at being an idiot; giving someone shit who had to put up with the immaturity of a 7 year old (whoever has played vs attackzerg) is wrong. The fact that attackzerg even has people defending him is very humorous to me. The guy has issues.

im not really defending attackzerg, but he is just pissed about losing, it doesnt go beyond that. 10 minutes after the game he'd be all jolly and chipper again.. of course he should keep it to himself instead of typing whatever he types, but this really is less bad than what the other guy is doing.. hes smurfing, clearly knows gary, is trying to piss him off, then comes here posting the replay also while smurfing.. I mean the guy might be acting like hes garys friend on his normal account, hes absolutely behaving like a twofaced scumbag..

That's easy to handle. The other player's probably using a drop hack and wanting you to ctrl+alt+del as you did.

Just disconnect your LAN / wireless. Then you'll be able to drop (you'll get a disconnect, but you'll have replay).

EDIT: Hmm, didn't realize that your game actually froze when you clicked Drop Players. That might just be a bug.

Well Drone, you are of course entitled to your opinion and I realize nothing I can say/do will change it.

But I honestly believe that what I did here was a lot less offensive than trying to use third party software (torrents in this case) to purposely lag/disc in a game after talking trash for 5 minutes. I realize that people can say stupid / bad mannered things in the heat of battle; I am guilty of having done so on several occasions myself - but I honestly believe that lagging then discing on purpose goes way beyond "standard" bm, and is comparable to any other form of hacking/abusing.

My reason for using a new accont (and the choice of email etc) was because of me being genuinely disappointed with him, because he's always nice to me on my "main" account; which would leave him a two-faced scumbag, not me.

But I'll make this my last post as to not further derail and cause unnecessary drama, I should've never posted this here in the first place and for that I apologize.
