It's not questionable when streaming is his fucking job.
So what if streaming "is his fucking job"? Why are you assuming that the only kind of streaming is that cringey "do literally anything for money" bullshit that Sodapoppin and LegendaryLea do on Twitch and Terror is known for on Afreeca? There are so many other things you could be streaming without turning into a complete piece of shit, like, I don't know, gameplay of something maybe? hmmmmm......
I agree 100% with Creager's post in this quote chain.

He fucked up, he should face the public speech about his public behavior that he himself streamed for everyone to see.
I am sorry to say that but this must be the stupidest post I have ever read here.

Get back to streaming HoN with your Trump memes.
Related to topic. If the female BJ comes out and corroborates Sea, I'd love to see the recantation of all the people shitposting him. Good to see him defending himself legally vs. the hysterical, holier-than-thou, virtue-signaling crowd.

TIL "hey maybe don't get drunk and punch people" is virtue signalling.

it's got nothing to do with the incident itself. She might change her mind, they might settle it with money, she might be just unwilling to let it escalate for whatever reasons, etc.

This.
And furthermore it's not like absolving him of this one incident will somehow retroactively undo his underlying problem with drinking and being a jackass.

Didn't she already say she had forgiven him, thought i read that somewhere and if that would be the case, it does not rly support this new story. But yea, I feel no matter what anyone says now, it's hard to tell what really happened.
Either way, even if it was all staged, it was a pretty poor idea to stream it live and I guess this shows exactly what can happen. Don't see how you can blame any media posting articles about it either, after all this is exactly what he/they wanted them to think?!

When you look at all those streamers who manage to make a living without getting drunk on camera, it certainly is.

there are a lot of streamers who do drunk streams. they're usually fun, really funny, bring in lots of donations etc
koreans for some reason like to have 3 or 4 people on camera all the time (aggravating when I just want to watch some BW) and they really like doing IRL shit where they just sit in front of cameras talking or eating. I actually hate the afreeca stream culture, it's really really annoying since I've been wanting to watch players grind games and all they do is yell a lot and rarely actually play BW
solo drunk stream: funny social drunk stream where you get awkwardly sexually aggressive: not funny

I think I missed a page. The thing was definately all staged? That's what Sea said, but is that now the excepted version of events?
|
Sea is one hell of an actor if all of it was staged, because he looked and acted exactly like a cuntfaced person would have.

So far, if I'm understanding things correctly, we have a dramatic article that people reacted strongly to, Seas account and the uncensored gifs.
I'm kinda curious what the actual footage looks and especially sounds like, that'd probably tell you whether Seas account makes more sense than the drama around the initial gifs or not.

Why were they wearing panties?

For bw, I usually watch last or effort. Last in particular doesnt seem to do anything on stream other than playing bw (and he streams on yt)

yeah i just need a protoss grinder
best usually is pretty good, Bisu Stork and Shuttle are the big offenders, but they're always the highest view counts

defending himself against character assassination is somehow bad? He should just man up and say something like "No i just cannot handle my alcohol and it will not happen again" Instead he's acting like a child

I think Sea's reaction was delayed too much for the public relationship. He should just respond immediately after the news release, post a video response with the female streamer he "harassed" to clarify the situation. So what's done is done, ASL can't undo their decision. So I would say that Sea should focus on communication strategy in the future of his streaming career.

Because handling this case like a man means being rolled over by the court of public opinion. What a world it would be if everyone shared this opinion.

Didn't he literally say that?
I'm not saying that I did nothing wrong. I did drink a lot, and I did many questionable things on stream that made my viewers feel uncomfortable. However, unlike what the article states, I did not sexually harass or physically assult someone.
It's just when people are accusing you of much serious charges like sexual assault you tend to defend yourself.
