The truth is - most SC players higher than C+ level behave like complete motherfuckers (watch Exalted's reps to see what I mean), no matter foreigner or korean. And most of them think much more of themselves than they really are. And hacking is as widespread on Europe as on Asia, and probably even wider on USEast/USWest. (I am able to judge only by the rate of Diablo II hacking, which is easily determined by pricing on items. Duping always was the highest on US servers, and that is a sign of the mindset.) | ||

I even said that to Smuft. What I said was not bad manner, I did not flame or curse him. I did not boast i'd beat him, I did nothing arrogant or cocky. But him needing to improve his late game is just an observation that is quite true. It is not like I haven't played him lately. I am rooting him, and no, not because he beat me out. I have ample respect for him and even told him before our match, "bah, I haven't beaten you in a tournament yet, i'm sure you'll find a way to win." And he did. We talked just fine after the match in a super friendly manner and I don't see what the problem is with how I talked. It was simply a bit of a reaction of losing to a 5 pool from squall, and a build from Smuft that had a 20 or 30% chance to win at best in the first game. It washed away quickly. It's not arrogance or cockiness in that post. It's losing in such a silly way to begin with. Shrug, I accepted it, and all is fine. I simply vented. I'm not going to go on about it for days or even hours. I said my peace, now drop it. I had a moment of weakness where I was being a bit bitter about showing him the same respect he would show me. I realized soon I was being a silly idiot. And moved on. So, what is your problem? | ||
