Pretty sure this is the crucial step of a process: http://www.koreanfromzero.com/install_korean/#Step_4Read the rest of the guide for more information. I know that in the past you had to change your location too? I don't think you have to do that anymore. It was kind of annoying when I would register for things and it would automatically give me Korean (looking at you, Dropbox) but it did help me learn how to read hangul lol.
Wow, I didn't know about this website. I actually learnt Japanese to start with using Japanesefromzero on yesjapan.com and I found it really, really helpful. I think I'm going to work through this!

Bumps suck, they really really do especially on a site like this but I put a lot of effort into this and only ten people have joined... Lots of games with points on the line were had to afford the channel and a clan communication system.
There were three pages of people saying they'd love this, wtf happened you guys?

All I see is question marks, how do I change that to correct korean characters?

All I see is question marks, how do I change that to correct korean characters? You're on Windows, right? It should work if you change your locale for non-unicode programs to Korean. Just do a simple web search for the Windows version you're on if you can't find it in the control panel.
edit: For whatever reason I can only host public&private games with no Hangul characters unless I'm getting bizarre coincidences typing $(gibberish)#L2, but all-English names are fine. Anyone have a recent-ish map pack? Sadists kicking me at 90%+ download.

He said inb4 banned in some thread, which usually makes a mod temp ban you.
I'd join if I had any idea how to play brood war ^^
Edit: I just realized this guy in chankim, and I still have his guide bookmarked. Let's give this a go again

SC2 custom game mods (I think that'd be the equivalent of ums?) aren't popular, and the arcade has just too many games for the player population, so it's hard to get a game going.
There are some amazing arcade games, though.
