I wonder if Antorus will be as hard as ToS. I honestly think Tomb of Sargeras ended up the hardest raid they ever made. Not only as far as the world first race, but also for the more regular raid guilds. I mean, HFC was pretty tough, Gorefiend was as much a wall as Mistress, and Mannoroth+Archimonde is kinda comparable to Avatar+KJ, but damn. What a tough raid. | ||

Mannoroth+Archimonde is kinda comparable to Avatar+KJ, but damn. After the legendary ring powerups and +10ilvls they were nerfed to the ground still hard for most people, but nerfed to the ground to an extent that i doubt we'll ever see with the current tier | ||

I skipped the entire tier but with winter coming, I might do the 3 day raid thing again and the fact that you can catchup so quick is kinda sorta helpful. | ||

Every week you get a reward from a chest in your class hall based on the highest Mythic + dungeon completed the previous week (max Mythic +10). a +2 weekly chest means you did a Mythic +2 dungeon as your highest. | ||

This was a bug. Artifact Knowledge should increase with the weekly reset for each region (8:00 PDT Tue. in NA, 8:00 CEST Wed. in EU, etc.) Back to once a week on reset day confirmed  | ||

chaos fragments is very good for demonic when you can activate it, usually in mythic+ or some raid bosses like desolate host/mistress but hopefully more in t21 that 945 is critical chaos, best relic i have by a mile after a LOT of farming | ||

corrected a bit for artifact level 66, will go 1410k to 1480k from the ilevels alone and then potentially past 1550k with BIS light/shadow power rolls. We could get all of them on day 1 (artifact 66) but the second relic trait selection for each relic will come over the next 1-2 months at level 69, 72, 75 | ||

Maiden doesn't seem too difficult, but dear god she might tbe the best example of how Blizzard just can't make boss difficult without making every mechanic instantly kill all of your raid. Since it's a 5 healer fight, i'll healing this one, and there's nothing quite frustrating like healing healing healing.. oh everyone died in a quarter of a sec because one player was slightly not he should have been. This boss is so unfun. And I keep hearing and seeing that Avatar is worse. I saw a video from Preach about how unfun ToS has been, and I couldn't agree more. This shit is hard, but it's not fun. | ||

With maintenance on Tuesday, we’re going to make several spec damage tuning adjustments. Given the nature of the class changes we made in 7.3, we’ve not needed tuning adjustments through the first two weeks of the patch. However, one change that is coming this week is a bonus to the item level of your Artifact weapon when you activate the Netherlight Crucible. That bonus has a varying effect on certain specs, because not all specs’ abilities scale the same with the DPS of their equipped weapon. This is something that we’d like to address in the future, but for now, we can deal with it via tuning. Furthermore, there are a few specs that we’d like to outright buff. We’ll implement the following damage increases on Tuesday to account for the Netherlight Crucible: Death Knight - Frost +4% Demon Hunter - Havoc +3% Druid - Feral +2% Hunter – Beast Mastery +6% Hunter - Survival +5% Monk - Windwalker +9% Rogue - Assassination +5% Rogue - Outlaw +6% Rogue - Subtlety +1.5% Shaman - Enhancement +3% And as always, we’ll continue to keep a close eye on performance going forward. Some of those already scaled above average with the crucible and traits but needed buff anyway. Note as well that there were no nerfs, they're closing the gaps by raising the floor significantly 10 buffs and 9 of them are melee, the great gap closer! Projected havoc sim now going from 1400k on live to ~1550-1600k on reset morning | ||
