It's basically a free version of photoshop. Not quite as good as PS, but it definitely gets the job done for quick jobs. You could also dl photoshop if you wanted..

lol. imo photoshop's red eye reduction program doesn't work very well unless the eye is clearly well defined. the easiest way to fix it is to create a new layer over it, draw black dots over the eyes and then lower the opacity until it looks good. i take way too many pics to do this all the time though.
