I didn't get invovled much with "Zia," but I knew "she" has been around for a while and obviously thought it was real. When I read the leg story I felt so much pity, but now that I realize that she doesnt even exist, it's kind of disturbing. Now, the people that got really involved, it's much more devastating. Why would someone do that? Well I guess people do crazy things when depressed.

I vote ban. I'm usually all for mercy but Adam isn't showing signs of remorse, everything has been a defense mechanism. I understand that that's human nature but what he did was extraordinarily wrong (I'm not personally boo-hooing, but just thinking about what he did to Eri makes me sick I don't care if Eri's fine... most people wouldn't be, it's just inhumane). When you do something extraordinarily wrong you can't just play it cool. This isn't even an apology this is just a defense.

While Adam did come clean in some regards, it was only under compulsion and after getting caught in more lies. He fought this until the well was run dry of options.

If you want back into the community, Adam, it had better be under a new name so we can meet you and interact with you without the Zia baggage. Honestly.

I hardly knew Zia. But unlike so many people here, I don't need to be hurt directly to recognize when someone does something as immoral as this and react appropriately.

Eri is a good person and it seems this has maybe made him an even better person. and Eri lied in order to make sure "zia" still existed. (i dont mean to use that as a bad thing.) if being angry at IcedEarth would make Eri any happier i'd be all for it too. but it wont. i think he's doing pretty damn well.

That's because Eri is very happy and forgiving. But the vast majority of people are not.

Tell me, why do you think attempted murder is illegal? I mean, if no one actually got hurt, then by your logic, you would be just fine with it right?
