I've enjoyed everything that you have done since WCG and hope you don't take it personally for too long. I understand that JP was a bit truthful on your comments on other players, but I just thought that JP didn't think it through long enough. Hope you guys take a bit of a time out, make-up, and get back to doing what the rest of us have enjoyed for so long: playing games. Honestly, the last thing I want are two angry men, a long-running show gone, and the internet sad. Best wishes! -Phil | ||

JP needs to realize that he's just the facilitator in this, more people watch for Geoff, CatZ, Neal, Ryan, TotalBiscuit, DJWheat, and GM Steve over him. | ||

You have a very dominating personality and occasionally it causes you to act like a dick to more submissive types of people. There have been at least half dozen cases during RP that you've said something outright dick-like to Gen, making both her and some of your viewers noticeably uncomfortable. You can generally tell when someone feels uncomfortable about the way you've talked to them because they don't laugh and just go silent and pretend to ignore what you said. There came a point end of last year when JP had a small outburst and told you to shut the fuck up because you kept talking over Gen and talking down to her. I too felt defensive over Gen, because I felt like you were being a dick to her (not in a funny way) and were making her feel like shit, and was glad JP said something to call you out on it. Gen is very good at shrugging shit off. JP on the other hand, like me, bottles things up and this results in outbursts like this. JP wants you to realise that your dominating personality causes you to be a dick sometimes, acknowledge this, and apologise to Gen. Of all things, I am surprised that you didn't notice that sometimes you "go too far" and are just a downright dick by accident. I'm pretty sure I notice you purposefully try to "reel it in" or hold your tongue because you notice that you're going too far with asserting yourself over other people. I fully expected you to feel that your comment "Nobody likes a whiney bitch." was too much, and that you would tactfully apologise to Gen during (or before) the break in the show. Regards | ||

Sarcastic banter that has a bit of an edge can be fun if it's between friends and there's some back and forth, but between you and Gen it's all one-sided and feels much more uncomfortable than fun as a viewer. Anyways, I hope cooler heads prevail, and you and JP can patch things up, because the rest of the time you guys make for a great show. | ||

You became emotionally outraged that your behavior all along has been 'unacceptable' to JP and he is just now mentioning it. So you became defensive and tried to shift blame onto JP. Maybe this caused JP to take further action or what not, I am unsure. However, I do not see a text message from JP saying 'You're off the show' just his 'tone it down' (paraphrase) At this point though, creating a post on teamliquid and publicizing the behind the scenes aspect in a drama centric way is very very childish. I would be shocked if he would let you back on the show after making a sensational post in an attempt to draw support before JP even explains the situation to anyone. What you're doing now is like the attention seeking Facebook posts when someone writes something like: "Omg, can't believe what just happened" or "Why always me?" Sleep on it. Hug your wife, play with your dog, do anything to stop you venting/pouring your heart out when you're not thinking straight. I hope you guys make up and clear the air in private. You were the main reason I enjoyed the RP shows. | ||
