That said as some people have already pointed out I do this stream for TL, following TLs rules. Although I love viewers from all nations the stream was started as and is still primarily run as a TL community stream. Most of the mods have a connection to TL and the snipealot streams have become the 'official' restreams of sospa content. This issue has been raised over and over from what I can tell and has been shut down every time, but if for some reason TL decides to allow savior restreams on their website again I will not oppose restreaming him.
The thing is, almost all bw foreign community is dependent from your stream when it comes to Afreeca. If I could by pass your stream permanently just to have a couple of hours of sAviOr's stream per week, I would. it kills me to be handicapped because of personal opinion while most of people would not be against watching mjy. I do not talk about past event, I am just talking about having one more quality stream to the list.
Thought it is nice to know that you would not oppose restreaming him if TL allows.

At this point, I don't think our opinions matter.
Snipe has already expressed that he is not opposed to restreaming Savior, despite his own opinion of Savior. The only reason he isn't is because it is against the rules of TL. Those rules obviously exist for a good reason, that reason is not that most people are opposed to him streaming (even if they might well be), it's because TL feels it has certain standards to uphold. Whether or not people want to see him stream does not affect those standards.
This really seems to be something that should be taken up with the TL higher ups, rather than just having random tlers chime in on whether or not THEY think he should be restreamed.

The afreeca scene has already showed some signs of match-fixing issues, so there might still be some space for people like him to 'operate'. With that in mind, I'm against the idea of supporting him in any way, including re-streams. If there was no scene left to make illegal bets on and he'd be still streaming BW for fun, it would be a different situation. As it is, all I wish for him is to stay away from this game as far as possible.

S2 confirmed in his des interview the match fixing played apart in destroying the bw scene in korea also he mention that because of it sponsors refuse to sponsor the scene and the pro gamers worry about their future after having things turn out like this and if this damn match fixing thing never existed the bw scene would have been stronger .

Try to get in touch with Koreans or the guys at defiler.ru who got Terror to play. There are plenty of people able to speak Korean, so go after them? Tried that? Also, if you have a group of people who are a) able to stream and b) able to work out how to connect to Afreeca, you could try to set-up a stream yourself. Even if it's not working correctly in your location, you might find a different person.
Imo, savior is not only uninteresting as player nowadays, but also doesn't deserve any kind of restream.

I'm sorry but I blame sAviOr for BW's death, even if KeSPA and Blizzard are more to blame than him, I can't help thinking that the scene would still be alive and well if it weren't for his actions. So no, I don't think he should be allowed to stream.
