I think he meant "Aren't people from other countries (read: USA) usually decent as well?" :D Edit: I'm confused that people are surprised about this. I mean if you put male jailers in prisons for women, that would be one of the first concerns I would have. What surprises me is that apparently 40% of jailers in prisons for women are male in the US, which is kind of absurd, but I guess you have no choice :/ | ||

But I'll admit that on average I expect more from Canadians, we're usually more progressive. It kind of looks bad when 2 of "us" in a row joke about how it would be awesome to rape female inmates. | ||
