I also think it's Blizzard All-stars. With the way they worded the announcement it makes sense. Especially the sentence they look forward to us getting our hands on it (implying at PAX or at least reasonably soon). If it were a completely new game it probably wouldn't be near a playable state, making such a sentence redundant and since it's not Titan or an expansion there's not many other options left. Sure they could have made some crappy mobile game or something but I think that's unlikely. The all-star game should be a decent way into development by now.

Blizzard All-Stars would be nice to finally come out. After recently getting into the genre, playing with all the characters from the Blizzard world seems like fun.

I really would like to see Blizzard make a different game. Like action-adventure, or FPS, RPG....For so long they have been making the same genres over and over.

It's probably Blizzard Dota as a big custom game in HotS, makes sense, increases incentive for people to buy HotS (and WoL)
