Not that anything there is new (this story "broke" almost a year ago). Trump does barely donate, wants people to think he's the biggest giver ever, uses his own foundation as slush fund. It's starting to grind my gears to have this shit constantly repeated as if it were "news". Especially if it comes with a statement like "apparently used monies to pay his sons whatever", when the linked article doesn't say anything like that. edit: it's actually incredibly counterproductive to ride the same shit year after year, including made up conclusion.

I didn't read the article because Wapo is a pain for me. definitely agree with you about saying stuff without proof. If it had been confirmed I think it's okay to bring up just as an aside

Look up Tad Devine's work in Ukraine, and who he worked with there, if you're interested. He's the only one not circling the wagons around Trump or shooting at the wagons in Washington, it feels like. It's easy to find appeal in somebody that's not going to be talking about Russia 24/7. Wouldn't want to see him as president though, he's too old now. Our family just lost a friend of 30 years this week, he was 72 iirc - and went fishing and hiking with us just 6 months ago. Stuff can go sideways incredibly fast (and i mean, whatthefuckhewascompletetlyfinelastweek fast) at that age.

Germanies coal import is already declining and will continue to do so. Not to mention that russian (or colombian) coal is cheaper and doesn't have to be shipped across the pond (in regard to russia).

Maybe they got a record of what Trump and Putin talked about? Can't wait for that next news drop. EDIT: DJT kinda spoiled the plot. Looks like WaPo called to ask for clarification about whether he talked to Putin about the USA-CIA rebel pipeline. Must have tipped and then tripped him off.

Trump doesn't donate as much as he pretends he donates? I don't know if we really need to know how he funds 7$ fees. Like, we need more confirmation that he's petty, or that reporters covering him are chomping at the bit for slights to stick it to him? It kinda feeds an outrage culture that will get people a little exhausted in time. Feelings on matter:

More bread crumbs in the tale of collusion. And such a transparent cover-up too. Putin should've trained him better.

Who cares if the "Left" are moaning about bullshit, you should have higher standards for your elected individuals.

I could rant about this for awhile, as I'm sure that many people who voted for him hold their children to higher standards than what they expect out of the president. Somewhere along the way a lot of people just lost all respect they had for the office and decided "fuck it", and stuck a figurative middle finger in the oval office. Frustrates me to no end to see such callous disregard for his behavior and the lasting damage it'll cause, when I know supporters wouldn't tolerate that shit in other facets of their life.
