Expect more and more backlash against the Electoral College in the coming years.
Should have happened already with Bush.

Biden understood exactly what was happening and was surrounded by people who refused to see or didn't understand it. It just was not possible. The whole system smells rigged when looking through the leaked DNC and Podesta emails. Behind the scenes, people were pushed around to make it so only Clinton could be the nominee. Biden is an even bigger hitter in the DNC than Clinton is. Biden wasn't pushed out, his son died and he QQ'd the fuck out of politics because he had his own shit going on. It's a tragedy but not a conspiracy.

LOL. Apparently protestors have gathered outside the White House shouting about Trump, according to my local FOX news.

Do you guys work on election day ?

I agree about Biden. I've said it before, he would have been the best candidate and the most difficult for Trump to handle.

The only silver lining one can pry out of the shitshow, the Clinton machine is dead. Hopefully.
Somehow the DNC has to purge the remnants of it out of the party and possibly figure out to get Biden to run in 2020 who would be 77...

could have been a new car Those odds were more than fair, you should have taken them. I wanted to put 200-300$ on Trump for the 1in4 odds and only reason I didn't do it is because no credit card (yeayea no joking, that's apparently a german thing. We don't like credit cards).
Should have done it after all

Yes, it's not a holiday and you aren't required to have it off. A lot of people can't afford to vote.

I imagine the fun talks in offices ...

Everybody around here was predicting the Center of the US "best scenario" Virginia/Colorado/Nevada. You know, because a Trump victory was so unlikely.
Now it's "The North Remembers"-Obama edition

I'd like to add trump cannot get re-elected, it's already started. Some people never learn.

I honestly doubt this will result in Democrats reflecting on what really went wrong (which is that if you cheer the demise of, persecute, and ignore a constituency it will leave you), instead it will be like the 2012 GOP "autopsy" where the Democratic "elites" will just say what they already believe, and pretend that Clinton didn't stand for those things.
