As I wrote to you in PM, you sent out the terms and I agreed to them -- in fact, I had already agreed to those terms and to letting you choose how we should proceed with the payment or penalty for lack of payment in my previous message. Nowhere in the terms did you specify anything about "[giving] you enough time for a 3rd party to agree" -- and there's plenty of time anyway, since moderators can see the terms for the bet and agree to ban the loser if he does not pay up. In any case, do not be worried, I intend to pay you if Trump wins as agreed. The bet is on. | ||
