EDIT: I did research and it looks like nobody can delete their account, the majority of people that want to delete their account want to change their name, but I don't want to do that. I want to remove the blogs linked to my account and the only way to do so is deleting my account. So please admins either ban me or help remove all the blogs on my account.

EDIT: for what it's worth, it might be better just to never log in and maybe someday you'll come back and post here as an older fellow

Cant just delete everything since all missing references might crash the forum. Then you can ask a moderator for a permanent ban. You cant edit "old posts". Permaban is also not a solution since all his posts are still there. The OP can ask for a nuke though which will erase all his posts with a "nuked" (dont recall it exactly) message.

Lol there are enough workarounds to not make your DB crash. I just can't understand to not give the ability to the user to earse his presence from a community website if he feels so. Also Nuking seems to get pretty close to deleting

Just stop posting and/or manually edit the posts you want "deleted". It's the exact same effect.

Correct on all fronts afaik. If there are posts which you want removed but can't edit PM an admin/moderator with the threads you want removed.
