Despite living in a fairly bad area of my country, the retards around are smart enough to remain quiet (Mostly because the other retards in their houses would come out and actually challenge them in another group). It does get annoying sometimes though when all you hear for a couple of hours while trying to watch TV or go to sleep are some uneducated assholes attempting to use words in a futile effort to have a conversation with each other which simply dissolves into shouting.
