More unfortunately for them, their probably gonna sign and overpay him becauser he played two good games this series. EDIT: Faried is their future.

McGee and Faried are too young and too talented to not make that assumption. If Denver can hold on to those two, they will be an unbelievably good team going forward, their backcourt is already solid. They have an athletic but inexperienced front court as well as a future Hall of Fame coach in George Karl. Denver will be seeing the finals in a couple years. Count on it.

Hes been doing reasonably well since they traded for him. They finished the season strong and he contributed. This series he got helped by the Laker bigs slacking, he shouldnt have been a factor at all as he is now. Hes dumb as fuck but I dont see why Karl cant make something out of him. Metta shutdown Miller and Galinari so hard. Big reality check.

Blake will get bamboozled though. Spurs two defensive priorities are: clog the middle and no threes from the corner/wing. Although they could prove me wrong. Nash Stoudemire surely did, although that Suns team lost.

The success rate of bad bigs turning into good bigs this past decade has been abysmal. So i doubt he'll work out. Note that he was playing his brains out for the contract too.

I think OKC in 5 next round. Kobe, Gasol, Bynum and Artest all played 40+ minutes tonight to get them the win. Sessions has regressed and the Lakers' bench sucks. The only time they get contribution is if Blake is hot.

The bench is consistently inconsistent, but Hill, Barnes, Blake and even a couple of the others are capable of having a good night for one game in the series. Hill had one in that double overtime win against OKC at the end of the regular season. If the starters bring their A-game, if Sessions can keep westbrook in check, if the bigs can play like they did in games 1,2 and 7 and not 5, and 6, if Kobe can out-clutch Kevin Durant the Lakers can beat the Thunder. But I have no delusions about this series. OKC will be likely the Lakers toughest opponent of the playoffs. If the Lakers are truly good enough to beat the Thunder then they are good enough to win another title. OKC will determine their worth, and they are hungry.

But lets be honest hell get you rebounds and he will get you blocks. Even superstar Bigs can have bad games where they dont score the ball and basically give you close to nothing (Gasol). Thing with the dumbass is atleast he will get you those blocks get you those rebounds and not act like a moody cunt with Karl pulling the strings. So he can be useful as an NBA player. Not someone you can build your team around or have a complete game but he has a future on that team in some capacity. Also as much as I'd like the Lakers to win even if they play aswell as today every game at best OKC in 6.

Don't underestimate the impact that MWP can have on the Thunder when he's playing well. He is a defensive beast when he's on his game and Kobe has more heart than OKC combined.
