Could you pretty please not participate in a topic even remotely related to politics, rights or economy without having to attempt to derail it, insult participating users, be snide towards everyone you reply to and cynicism towards anything with authority. I think with regards to your posting, several other users I have seen come and go around here and all the incessant balance complaining going on, that it is time to put a bit more emphasis on Commandment #10. 10. THOU SHALL HAVE FUN It's a fun site with fun people. Have fun with it. Enjoy it. Make others happy. Be happy. Avoid being negative. We don't expect you to be Pollyanna, but users who are consistently negative will draw the ire of their peers and site staff alike. No one likes people who have nothing but bad things to say all the time. Heed the admonition of Oscar Wilde: some people bring happiness wherever they go, others whenever they go. You skirt the rules and etiquette of this forum at every twist and turn of your posting. The large part of it is not a clear offense in any way but whenever I come across a post from you it makes me sigh before having even read it. The way you have consequently been racking up moderations for the same type of offense in addition to your general posting being plain negative and annoying if not snide and demeaning at every turn has culiminated in a month of offsite reflection on your part. I suggest you use it well and learn to express yourself in a different manner about certain types of subjects and especially towards your fellow users. If you cannot manage this or suspect yourself of being incapable of such I suggest steering clear of topics devoted to such material. Stick to the gaming material and enjoy yourself. Don't be the latter kind of guy described in Commandment #10 and do everyone a favour, especially yourself. | ||
