Get involved with a large Sc II organization that talks about reaching the mainstream. Then on your stream repeatedly say things like : "fucking cockroach jew" " go get gas chambered" on several occasions. Tell us what happens. You understand the difference between mainstream and a local country club? If you want to offend a German, call them a Nazi. That's a serious charge to level against an actual German.
I think most Germans (at least those who use the internet for more than one year) don't really care about being called a nazi anymore since it happens all the time.
But it is good to know that you are willing to give out tips for insulting different people. I for one have a serious dislike of all Coconut farmers, now what would I say to insult them?

Why is "nigger" more emotionally charged for black people than cracker ass white boy is for white people? Blacks today didn't go through slavery. I'd understand if it were this way back during slavery when there were actually blacks who were slaves but this doesn't exist in today's age. Who is arguing that? There are certainly a myriad of reasons why E-sports hasn't hit it big yet. But it never will if these kind of things are tolerated. They're not tolerated in other sports, e-sports should be no different if it wants to be treated equally.

Disappointed in him. This definitively makes a dent in his reputation. When you work as a caster, you have to keep a good image at all time (including when laddering, stream or not). Its what being professional is, and Orb was, in this incident, deeply unprofessional.
