I hope you continue to get better in Korea Desrow, i've always been a fan. It seems you are committing to something Destiny couldn't.

yeh haters just need to sit da fuck down. S. Korea is definitely the "mecca of e-sports" so if Desrow works hard enough he will obviously get a lot better just from training there + make useful connections, and be in a really good practice environment, and so on and so on.

GL to you and hope you do well there !

Holy cow, to all the haters in the thread: LEAVE. You are not helping anyone with your put-down remarks and smug attitude.

DesRow: Best of luck man. I will be cheering for you!

Good luck in the future, it takes a lot of passion and determination to do what you did going to Korea.

Haters you really need to chill a bit there is no reason at all to attack someone who didn't even do anything to deserve it...

Edit: To the poster above me, I have never EVER seen DesRow be BM so I have a hard time believing this. I don't watch his stream or anything but I have played with him quite a few times and win or lose he never said anything rude or mean or even left without a GG.

If I am wrong and DesRow is actually BM I am sorry but from what I have seen about him I have a really hard time believing that.

There you go, one of desrow's brag blogs that had been annoying the shit out of every establish TL vets out there, oh if you wanna see some more BM just download those replays.

Good for you man. Prior to your move to Korea I had always seen you as just some strong ladder player who offered affordable coaching to those in need of some help. But now you seem really determined to be the very best you can be. I wish you well

Lol so many Desrow haters mad cause he's staying in Korea, and they ignore the fact that he's rank 10 masters.

Nobody is saying that what Desrow is doing in Korea isn't admirable but when people question his sc2 play that's not hating, that's reality. 10 masters is a fucking disgrace for a guy who dedicated his life to play this game. I am coplete noob but i try to read and follow as much as i can the sc2 scene. Being 10 masters is complete shit even on korean server. We are not even talking about LAN events that are different world when compared to ladder.
I can be completely wrong and stupid in my opinion, but that's what my brain is registering about this whole story.
Reality hits you hard bro.

He will not even make code A, sure he'll improve in Korea, but improving just isn't good enough, it's really a bad idea to move to Korea to pursue pro gaming unless you have the natural talent.

I don't understand his decision of staying in Korea; he never got noticed in EU/NA, doesn't speak a single korean word, hangs out with foreigners all the time and all the 'practice' he gets is from ladder. I seriously don't see how somebody would expect to improve like that unless it's the air or water in Korea that makes their players so good, which I don't think is the case.

The level of Korean ladder is way higher than American ladder and Europe ladder .. That is all there is to say. So yes if you play in a ladder which have better players you will improve not only faster but to a higher level. Do not misunderstand me i am not saying players in NA or EU are not good I am just saying ladder in Korean is way better and harder than NA and EU and any player who tried Korean ladder can confirme that for sure !

lol thanks for posting this, just reminds me how much of a fucking loser desrow is. I have no idea how you honestly call yourself a "pro gamer" with this attitude desrow. This is why you get the hate that you're getting, cause you have no respect for real pro gamers, u know, the ones that show results and actually make money off playing the game.

I'm staying in Korea for the rest of my career and I'm the one who decided to leave. LgN was quite surprised today.

How long do you expect that to be? You must have some time frame in mind.

Hello TeamLiquid,

Marc-Olivier "desRow" Proulx:
I appreciate all the work LgN has done so far to help build the team. At the time, in November when I joined, it was the best thing for me. I wanted to go to Korea and their house would have room for me in March. It didn't bother me that it was a up and coming team because I knew the roster had talent and the staff was hard working. I hope 2012 to be a succesful year for LgN and myself and I hope my fans will continue to support me ^^!

desRow has improved a lot since he joined our team. Unfortunately we have reached a fork in the path, and hope that desRow will succeed in his Starcraft 2 career. And I can speak for all of our staff in wishing him good luck.

Marc, we wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavours.

desRow Fighting! Team Legion Fighting!

.... That looks like a hearty lenghth post from the team owner who sounds like he has no time to show gratification to a player who has been doing it the right way and did everything he could to get the LgN name out. Most empathetic post in ages!

Always so classy. Everyone would appreciate being "surprised" with an announcement of an employee quitting.

Parading the fact that he surprised his team by leaving. If I were an organization, I'd love to work with someone like that!

We talked it over and tried to make it work don't worry. I didn't leave in a heartbeat, it was something I've been debating with myself for about a week.

so what is the reason you left? I'm sure all of your "fans" want an explanation as to why you're possibly moving onto another team again, I mean unless you're planning on keeping it in the dust.

You do know like jinro goes between ranks 1-5 on korean ladder in MASTERS and at times he has been considered one of the best terran players in the world, even though he has fallen off his game recently.
