It's impossible to gain muscle without gaining fat. what an idiotic debate. noone is pure muscle and everybody bulks up from the kitchen. incontrol does bench press with like 160 kg iirc and he is probably stronger than three of the average poster here combined. i'm pretty neutral about incontrol but as someone who loves to work out in the gym for 10 years i have to defend him. let's not compare him to desrow who is the same weight and looks like someone who could be beaten up by a little girl. the argument "but he still has fat" is stupid cuz the difference between 15% and 50% bodyfat is very significant. | ||
