The image from "FoxNews.com" claiming Dunn is alive is a photoshop. Don't post it. |

I don't care how he died, whether he was responsible for it or not. People all do stupid and selfish things. One of the nicest and gentlest guys I've ever personally met died from driving drunk behind the wheel. He was having a hard time in his life and made a dreadful mistake. It happens. Kill all drunk drivers. You're blurring the lines between mistakes and malicious crimes. Im not that big of a fan of death penalty. Any other group of ppl you want to kill off in your righteous ways? You have no idea... Brevity is not the soul of wit as much as it's the soul of condescension and skirting conversations you wish you hadn't started. Why would I waste time listing other things I think people should be killed for in this thread? Not really on topic or relevant if you ask me. Drunk driving isn't considered a mistake until someone dies by most of the population. That is a problem. Look at this part of your post. That's exactly what it is, there's no need to crucify him.
You're right, we should save some wood and nails and just shoot him.

It's a fake photo. Dunn is dead. In fact if you go onto foxnews.com they are even reporting him as being dead from the crash.
|
I would bet my house that Dunn's blood alcohol was way above legal limit. It's a tragic event (I've been touched by it in my own life) but drunk driving related deaths always leave me cold. He made a number of poor decisions last night and it cost him, and his friend, their lives. Just a miserable, petty waste of life.

this sucks, granted alcohol was involved its a shame regardless.

Wow... this really sucks.. He was one of my favorite characters since the Jackass TV show first started airing. I bet Bam is crushed atm. My thoughts go out to his friends and family.
RIP Ryan 'Random Hero' Dunn you will be missed!
|
nooo!! He was one of the best on there! D:
RIP!

I was quite shocked to awake to this thread reporting Dunn's death. Just this morning at 1am, I was watching the documentary included in Jackass 3.5 detailing the creation of Jackass while waiting for Dreamhack day 3 to start. Dunn was so young in that footage, diving into that septic pool . I liked him a lot and consider him my favourite Jackass crew member. Goodnight Sweet Prince.

no love for drunk drivers, at least he did not kill anyone else.
|
damn, sucks to hear, dunn was funny as shit in his show homewreckers.
|
I always thought he was going to die doing something Jackass-related; much like the Crocodile Hunter died doing something animal related.
Guess life's funny like that. He's going to be missed, and remembered in all the laughs he left us with. R.I.P.

Didn't his co-driver die as well?

Ryan was easily one of my favorite jackasses. He will be forever missed. Definitely one of the top personalities that made me love everything they did.
R.I.P. Ryan

rest in peace in jack ass heaven ryan dunn.. I hope you shove a cloud up your ass and show it to saint peter. lol
still pretty sad with that joke I had..

Shocked to hear the way he was identified was by tattoos and his teeth. The burns on his body were just that bad. I'd like to say he didnt suffer and was killed instantly, but you never know with burns; I hope it was quick and the burns were post mortem. He entertained millions and will be missed by millions. Cannot believe that photoshop.

RIP for this one of a kind comedian. He didn't deserve to die like that.

Can people stop saying that he was responsible for the passengers death aswell?
I'm quite certain the passenger KNEW that he was drunk, and was probably drunk too. (Otherwise he would have driven the car, most likely.)
If you don't stop a friend from drunk and driving, your an idiot. If you take it a step further and actually decide to ride the car that your intoxicated friend is about to drive, your even bigger of an idiot.
As I see it, he killed himself.
That said though, it's too bad it happened this way. Thoughts to their families. RIP.
