Can people stop saying that he was responsible for the passengers death aswell? I'm quite certain the passenger KNEW that he was drunk, and was probably drunk too. (Otherwise he would have driven the car, most likely.) If you don't stop a friend from drunk and driving, your an idiot. If you take it a step further and actually decide to ride the car that your intoxicated friend is about to drive, your even bigger of an idiot. As I see it, he killed himself. That said though, it's too bad it happened this way. Thoughts to their families. RIP. | ||
