One of the actresses cast for Game of Thrones Season 2 was a porn actress. I'd mention Sylvester Stallone but you specifically said 'actresses' Plus I think there'd be less of a stigma associated with male actors performing in hetero films compared to females.
She at least showed us that she has the potential to act, the hard part will be getting rid of the image surrounding her name. I think that the fact that she started out in the Adult Entertainment Industry really ruined a lot of her chances.

I wouldn't call sasha grey a mainstream actress, she was in 1-2 c/b rated movies, and an appearance on hbo's entourage is hardly "making it" not to mention her acting is absolutely horrible. She was on the last season of Entourage, she was pretty abysmal in that. Like, she definitely didn't get in through an audition based on her acting talents.
