after watching a huge amount of vods/replays even though im still waiting for my dream siva vs sync vod
i realized that progamers arent really THAT good except a few select people

seriously im not trying to be cocky but i can beat some of these pro gamers.

I doubt it

they're pro for a reason and its not because they suck

also, what do you know about your abilities to perform well under pressure? sitting there infront of the tv cameras KNOWING that everyone that knows you will watch this closely.. there is a lot more than being good at the game to become a pro player imo

have you actually played them though?

It's really really really easy to underestimate someone based on a replay. I used to think the same way. Not that I could beat them, but that in a hypothetical situation where I got to play 50 games in a row with my race matchup and map preferences, I'd probably get lucky a couple of times and take a few games.

But I have actually played some chinese semi-pros, and unless I was just playing really god awful that day, the gap is wider than I thought.

They just make beating each other seem easy.

But it shows how much they dominate when they play in any ladder system going close to undefeated, and I bet they dont even try that hard. This goes for the non boxer/yellow/nada/nal_Ra/etc progamers.

Judging from your posts alone, I'd say you're of below average intelligence. This thread alone illustrates this. You wouldn't be able to beat Mumyung.

The pro-level of play involves so many subtleties and intricacies that to an unitiated eye, it seems almost reachable. The truth of the matter is, at their level, even the slightest of mistakes can cost them a game. I think it's really too difficult to appreciate the importance of literally everything they do, unless you yourself have been in that environment.

How can you say that you think you can beat some of them? I think you would most liekly get 3-0ed vs a pG member. And they dont even come close to a progamer. But I guess I got to see a replay of you, o mighty one.

dumbest thing, ive ever seen anyone say, ever. Day's a good zerg. Very good, plays well against foriegners, and prolly well vs amature pros. He got a RUDE AWAKENING when he played xellos... he doesn't get to practice against a terran that can micro that perfectly and still macro better than him... you give a pro like xellos. 12rines and 4 medics. He'd pick apart ur 5 lurkers 12 ling force like it wasnt even there... Doesnt matter if u think their strats are dumb, or urs are just so much better, what matters is that whatever they do, they are gonna outplay you, regardless. You'd have 0 chance whatsoever, vs anyone who's qualified for OGN , in a lan game vs them.

Maybe they just were bad that certain game? I think all progamers are better than mosta people if they play the way they usually do.

On what do you base this quite dubious claim? Have you ever played any pros?
