Not that I'm pro-gun or anything, but chances are if you're stalking and killing government officials in crowded areas you probably don't care what you're "allowed" to do. Allowed or not if you don't have the means to do damage you're less likely to do any. Edit: It could be a question of mentality as well considering how American politic works. | ||
